Design Build

ROSSI Builders performs most of their work in the design build fashion where we assemble a team of subcontractors to meet with the architect and customer to find the needs of the user. This allows the design to be developed rapidly, but thoroughly with ROSSI leading the coordination and monitoring the budget.

Budget

ROSSI Builders puts together conceptual budgets early on and then updates them as the design evolves. ROSSI’s involvement throughout the design process keeps the project on budget and allows the customer to make decisions during the design phase instead of during construction, which can be costly.

Scheduling
