Project scope involved constructing a cGMP lab within an existing tilt-up building, including structural upgrades to the roof for new rooftop units (RTUs) and exhaust systems. A new backup generator was also installed on-site to ensure reliable power supply. The lab features Building Management System (BMS) pressurization for Process Air Lock (PAL) areas and specialized Research and Development (R&D) labs, adhering to stringent cGMP standards. This project enhances research capabilities while providing a compliant and efficient environment for scientific innovation.
