Project scope involved transforming a one-story commercial space into a vibrant café serving beer and wine. The renovation included new finishes, a custom counter, and a fully equipped back-of-house prep area, along with MEP connections for owner-provided equipment. The coffee bar features wood and marbled sheathing, complemented by display shelves scattered across a white cinderblock wall. A vibrant mural by Mona Caron enhances the space, creating a functional and inviting café that energizes the Financial District.
