Project scope included the renovation of a newly acquired, multi-purpose space for K&L Wines transitioning to a larger location, completed on schedule and in time for the holiday rush. The project involved building out a warehouse with temperature-controlled lockers and personalized customer storage. A comfortable, understated tasting area was created to help tasters focus on the wines. The rustic yet refined retail section features wine-red walls that contrast with raw concrete flooring, complemented by wood shelving reminiscent of a winery storeroom. This spacious warehouse and retail store effectively showcase products in a modern, upscale style.
