Skincare specialists Rodan + Fields doubled their Bay Area office space when they decided to expand into the East Bay’s upscale Bishop Ranch business complex. Their new space consisted of three floors and 150,000 square feet of office space—every inch that needed to be customized. The architectural plans called for builders who could implement an innovative, modern design. And as skilled interior renovators, Rossi Builders delivered.

We crafted Rodan + Fields a fresh, new interior; including bright, airy conference rooms, a sleek and sophisticated front desk, open and private offices, and common areas decorated with freestanding steel pavilions and surfaces that add a contemporary flair. We built out specialized areas to showcase Rodan + Fields’ luxury products, including a makeup vanity offering a high-quality finish and a photo booth with pristine, white walls to help capture flawless before-and-after photos.

Most importantly for Rodan + Fields, we were able to accomplish this project on time and on budget. They had been impressed with Rossi’s previous work on one of their research facilities, and this project further enhanced that relationship and reputation. Though the scope of the project changed several times before completion, we were able to stay on course, while maintaining our high standards of quality and adhering to landlord requirements. From the themed conference rooms to the premium finishes, Rossi Builders’ renovation has given this global skincare company a fresh face.
