Project scope included an 80,000 SF core, shell, and Spec Lab TI build-out, featuring a newly added mezzanine. The work also encompassed the installation of new rooftop units (RTUs), an upgraded electrical service, and a dedicated lab waste system to accommodate specialized needs.
